    Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with a printable return shipping label. Simply affix it to your return package, and drop off at your local post office. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the item is processed. Refunds are issued as soon as possible upon receipt and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. 

    Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Product(s) must be unused with original labels attached.

Too big

I was super excited when I finally saw women’s sized heated gloves. Hooray! Someone realized that ladies like to be warm outside as well. Sadly, when they arrived, the small size still had an inch of empty fingertip beyond my hand. I immediately returned them. Please measure actual women when you try to make women’s gear.

The Sm/Med was too large/too long in fingers by about an inch, but I have short fingers.

Returned them due to fit, so never even plugged them in. They looked very well made.
