Men's Forge Heated Glove

I have been hesitant to purchase heated gloves for several years despite thinking I would be more comfortable with them while skiing. I have some very warm mittens that I use when it is in the single digits F and lower and they work pretty well. I wanted a bit more dexterity and finally convinced myself to spend the money on these battery heated gloves. I have used them about 10 days so far and I really like them. They are well constructed and have proven waterproof as I have been caught out in the rain several days and my hands stayed dry. The Clim8 system works very well. I like that I can pick a temperature to set them to and that they turn on and off as needed and know when my hand is in the glove to turn off so I do not need to worry about forgetting to shut them down when I am done skiing.

As I said I really like the gloves and find that the heat does more than benefit my hands as I feel like my core is warmer because my hands are warm.

I do have a few suggestions that I think would be helpful to add. One would be a charging port on the inside of the cuff so I do not need to remove the batteries to charge them each time I use them. Having a charging port would improve the overall user experience. I would also like to be able to charge the gloves from a 12 volt source as that would allow me to do so from my vehicle lighter plug or if I am in my camper for an extended trip I could do so without needing to run an inverter for hours. As I mentioned I like the Clim8 app but it would be helpful to have some sort of control on the glove as well to adjust the heat so I do not need to take my phone out to make a temperature adjustment.

I have not really tested the battery longevity as there have not been any below 0F days just yet. I keep the heat temp fairly low but will be interested to see how they do in below 0F temperatures keeping my hands warm as well as how long the battery will last. A good addition to the app would be a projection for how much run time is left when a heat temperature is selected.

Now that I have used these if they were lost I would most certainly purchase a replacement pair as I find these are my go to gloves for skiing and they also work great when running my snow blower. Highly recommended!

After going through several ski gloves that did not keep my hands warm, I finally found Gordini's Forge Heated Glove. They are not cheap, but they work as advertised, unlike the last electric gloves I purchased. Batteries provide about 3 hours of heat, and there is another 1 hour of residual heat before they turn into regular gloves. I'm hoping that they last 20+ years like the Gordini's I bought 40 years ago.

I live in Colorado and ski every weekend. We got these for those freezing days on the peaks when two pairs of gloves dont keep your finger tips warm. Used twice so far and extremely happy with the purchase. I love the app that lets me control the temp and see it while also the straps so I can keep the gloves safe around my wrist on the lifts because im awful about losing gloves, THANK YOU!
