I like the glove even though it is a bit bulky and not as warm as expected. My biggest concerns involved one leash detaching from the glove and the peeling of the palm material of both. These issues occurred within the first month of normal alpine skiing use. However, customer service was good, and I was provided a prompt replacement.
Warmest gloves I’ve had in a long time.
I bought two pairs and they are my go to glove when I want something warm and max coverage.

I have less than 20 days skiing with these gloves yet the fabric and stitch in the palm at the thumb has completely failed. This is not a long lasting glove, nor one any serious backcountry user should trust to keep the frostbite away. Minus the failure, these were great, so there is potential to redesign the palm into a working feature.
Of course I went to the Gordini website to initiate a warranty claim, however the phone number field would not accept any characters no matter the work arounds I tried. In other words I'm denied even the right to claim warranty.
