    Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with a printable return shipping label. Simply affix it to your return package, and drop off at your local post office. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the item is processed. Refunds are issued as soon as possible upon receipt and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

High hopes for price but little let down

Purchased these gloves quite a few years ago 8:9 bras and if I would have realized all the different unusual materials that it was made of probably wouldn’t have purchased them due to the fact that they aren’t machine washable because despite what the description says, they are not waterproof. I didn’t realize there’s Goosedown feathers and kind of silly in a pair of gloves that are meant to be in the snow and get wet but keep dry.
I like how insulated they feel, but unfortunately, your hands still do get damp and immediately your fingers are cold and within six months of owning them, the material started to rub off on the fingers and palm, which I believe was waterproofing material and they were only used about five or six times snowboarding. Also, when looking inside the club, the seams inside are coming apart. The stitching is separating so because of their price, I tried to waterproof them and put a protective layer on them to try to keep my hands warm and dry and nothing helped.
So, my only regret is that I didn’t reach out sooner because I’m aware nothing can be done now, & I’m not asking for something, but perhaps my pair was just an anomaly, but just wanted to Share my experience
