    Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with a printable return shipping label. Simply affix it to your return package, and drop off at your local post office. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the item is processed. Refunds are issued as soon as possible upon receipt and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. 

    Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Product(s) must be unused with original labels attached.

    All returns for refund will be subject to a $7.95 restocking fee

    We use standard USPS service for our free shipping.
    Typical shipping time is estimated to be 3-7 days but is subject to holiday, weather, and pandemic delays.
    All orders received before 12:00pm ET weekdays will be shipped within 2 business days.

    When choosing or entering an AK, HI or PR Ship To Address, shipping methods will automatically be revised to the level of service required for these destinations.

    Additional shipping and handling fees will be incurred which will be quoted to you at the time of checkout.

I love these mittens, now that I finally received them.

Initially, I placed an order for these on Black Friday (November 29) and received a discount since it was Black Friday. I received an email confirmation that the order was placed, but then never received an order confirmation. I found out that there was no supply left. I called and found out they were out-of-stock, however, you could still order. This was totally misleading.

I then clicked on the "notify me when available" and put in my email address.

I call customer service and was told, "they are out of stock and you will have to wait until next year when they come back in stock." Why wasn't the product removed from the website entirely if they were completely out of stock?

I tried a couple of times and never received an email notification when these came back in stock in February. I found out when the mittens appeared again on my Facebook newsfeed. I clicked and found they were back in stock. Way to notify me by email. Also - now I had to pay full price instead of the discounted Black Friday pricing.

Poor customer service. Do better, Gordini.

10/10 warm and dry, despite cold and windy Canadian weather. Super cute too!

Not so impressed.

I’m not super impressed. The artwork is beautiful but the dye in the engraving is mostly super faded and not consistent at all. One glove is much better than the other. I was also disappointed with zero information on how to take care of the glove to maintain them and keep them waterproof.
