If you need to make a return, please follow the instructions in your delivery confirmation email to request a return.

Simply affix it to your return package, and drop off at your local post office. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the item is processed. Refunds are issued as soon as possible upon receipt and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Product(s) must be unused with original labels attached.
All returns for refund will be subject to a $7.95 restocking fee

We use standard USPS service for our free shipping.
Typical shipping time is estimated to be 3-7 days but is subject to holiday, weather, and pandemic delays.
We cannot guarantee delivery times and cannot give refunds for orders that are delayed.
We do not issue refunds for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
